The legal department of Hermes Airports Ltd assists the Company to achieve its strategic objectives by ensuring compliance with the Law, Concession and Finance Agreements at all times. It has an active role in implementing and structuring legal frames and contracts and assists in finalizing commercial, operational and all type of procurement agreements to the benefit of the Company.
